The staff, Susan in particular needs to be fired. She is abrasive, unempathic and talks over people and has horrible listening skills. They also will not do surgery on anyone who is a wheelchair user because they claim they do not have the equipment to transfer people. Most wheelchair users are able to transfer themselves. To ask someone who is a wheelchair user to provided a notorized doctor note that you bare weight transfer is an insult and in violation of ADA but they don't care.
