I’ve had a wonderful experience at Cokingtin Eye Center. The thought of eye surgery can be intimidating, but Dr. Christopher Banning took the time to explain everything clearly when I was diagnosed with cataracts. He helped ease my fears and made me feel confident moving forward. Dr. Banning is an excellent doctor, and the surgery went smoothly. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Banning and the entire team at Cokingtin Eye Center.
The staff, Susan in particular needs to be fired. She is abrasive, unempathic and talks over people and has horrible listening skills. They also will not do surgery on anyone who is a wheelchair user because they claim they do not have the equipment to transfer people. Most wheelchair users are able to transfer themselves. To ask someone who is a wheelchair user to provided a notorized doctor note that you bare weight transfer is an insult and in violation of ADA but they don't care.
