Christopher Russell is an excellent neurologist. There is rarely a wait of more than 15 minutes. His office staff is efficient. My care and treatment has been spot on! I have been a patient for 26 years. He has treated my condition with care and concern. The course of therapy works. Dr. Russell is great, but office staff is horrible. Never contacted for MRI nor results of blood test for 3 months, after I called them. Totally rude when scheduling follow up appt. So unfair to Dr. Russell.
Most unprofessional medical experience I've ever had. Like another reviewer mentioned, the Medical Assistant here is rude and completely unhelpful. I have been waiting for an insurance appeal to get an MRI for over 2 months. We are on our 3rd appeal due to the lack of timely follow up from Dr. Russell's office where a quick 2 minute phone call is all that's needed, but even after my insurance has called the office directly multiple times, the Medical Assistant actually hung up on them saying they don't have time. Dr Russell is an excellent physician, caring and very professional. He is one of the best. I trust him with my life. No worries. This is Lowell Bethel writing this. Dr Russell treats my traumatic brain injury. He's the best Doctor I've had the pleasure of being treated by.
