Very friendly people work there, they are quite professional and are always on schedule. No long waiting for your appointment. I am very pleased with them.
I was reluctant to switch to a new dentist, as I had to because of my insurance plan. I randomly picked Palms Dental from my provider list since it is so close to my job. My first impression was excellent! The entire staff was efficient and friendly. I was able to schedule my next appointment for a cleaning in just a couple days and am able to get it in on my lunch break. I was terrified of the dentist..and the entire staff put me at ease!
Dr Stock and his staff are so wonderful!!! My children and I have been a patient of his office for about 15 years !! The front office ladies are professional and very helpful in all my billing matters. The dental hygienists are very good at their work. The special procedures that I have had over the years were mostly fillings and caps and all went successful. My last cap wasn't sitting correctly and Dr Stock redid the cap with no cost to me. Going to the dentist can be very stressful...especially if you are in pain! Very caring and patient staff!!
By chance, I made an appointment with Dr. Stock several years ago. Together, we created the wonderful smile I have today. State of the art equipment, a caring attitude, and professionalism. But what sets Dr. Stock's office apart is the top notch staff he has in the front office and in the treatment rooms. Each of them know how to treat a patient and they show it.
DR Stock and his staff are such a blessing to my family! They have always been understanding when we needed it most! Kudos to them all!
