I am pissed that it was not told to me that there was a “refraction fee” of $50 I had to pay. I signed a paper notifying me, but if I had known, I would’ve passed on this because I have separate eyeglass coverage that would’ve covered this fee. Please verbally inform patients about this. Sign here, sign there isn’t sufficient. Even lawyers tell you what you’re signing. It’s not difficult and it promotes good will.
I visited Dr Bruno's office as an emergency. I am so happy I chose this office! Dr Bruno is great and I felt confident he checked everything. The atmosphere in the office is highly professional but on top of that every employee is pleasant, understanding and compassionate. Kudos Dr Bruno your office is GREAT!
