Dr. Frigo and staff are wonderful! He addressed all of my concerns and I was given treatment options. I’m very happy I chose Dr. Frigo for my ortho.
My Story: A slightly malaligned front tooth worsened with aging. In my late 40’s this malalignment increased to multiple teeth and noticeably continued to worsen into my early 50’s. I absolutely love Dr. Frigo and his staff. They’re always nice to everyone and the atmosphere is always pleasant.
The appointment was satisfactory assessment-wise. The waiting room was overstimulating- too crowded and loud. HIPPA concerns- staff completing appointments/consults/education in the waiting room. The process following check-in was quite fragmented. The wait time was extremely excessive. There are many opportunities for process improvement.
Could not imagine a better experience! Top of the line in every way. Loved all the new advances in orthodontics. Dr Frigo & his entire staff are amazing!
I love Dr. Frigo's pretty office and his proactive choices for children who have over-crowding or other issues. All of the staff was spot on professional and warming.

We love Dr. Frigo and his staff!! Our experience these last two years has been awesome! He has turned the “pain of braces” into a very positive experience. Dr. Frigo is highly professional and will take his time to get to know his patients and their families. He’s absolutely the best in our opinion!
