I was very nervous to have cataract surgery and I feel I made Dr Orr equally nervous. Also, I never had an astigmatism until Dr Orr operated on my left eye! My nervousness made our interaction uncomfortable at best.
I opted for the laser cataract surgery with toric lens. My two cataract procedures with Dr. Orr were flawless. He stated I was a textbook example of everything going exactly right. I was concerned regarding the laser operation, but trusted Dr. Orr and his advice. The results have been wonderful. Dr. Orr was extremely professional throughout the entire process, always apologizing profusely when appointments ran late. I highly recommend Dr. Orr and his staff for your cataract procedure.
I have never met a doctor who has so much compassion towards his patients. My neighbor recommended him and I took my mom for cataract surgery. Surgery was painless and very professional. Lucky to find a good eye doctor in Glastonbury CT.
I have never been treated with such disrespect by a Doctor in my life. Dr Orr was very impatient with me , at one point he threw his examining light on the table because he was aggravated because I was having a hard time following his instructions he did not make me feel comfortable at all .
