Very kind and understanding. Takes all the time you need for appointment. Explains completely issues you may have. Overall great doctor!
He is smart but I always feel rushed and dismissed. He usually doesn't check anything...just asks questions. Also, his staff is very unfriendly. Actually, they are rude. Kelly, specifically, is rude. Additionally, they are hard to get a hold of and the office is grungy. I am very unhappy with him as a doctor and the office itself. I am beginning the process to switch doctors now.
Competent and caring doctor.
1) Complained for years that hypothyroid issues were not resolved and all he offered was that my numbers were in the low normal range and I could increase meds if I wanted...IF I WANTED!! I chose not to change my meds and insisted that he refer to specialist me they found Hashimotos and large growths on thyroid that are being biopsied. And that I was OVER medicated -needed to reduce my levothyroxine. 2) office staff cannot take any form of online payment. VERY behind in modern office tech.
