I was scheduled for surgery. They never called me to confirm the appt. I was the one who called the day before to confirm. I drove over an hour and THEN waited an hour and a half on the doctor. Guess what, they only saw me as a consult. I was never told this when I first scheduled THE SURGERY. I was never told by their office staff that it was merely a useless consult. My regular dentist had already faxed them my referral, X-RAYs and medical info. I will never return. Very unprofessional to not communicate with your patients... read more

I was referred by my regular dentist for a simple laser procedure. When I called Dr. Deture’s office, I specifically asked if the surgery could be done at the initial appointment and I was told yes. The Office staff does not communicate the terms of the appointment. They misled me into thinking my surgery was the same as my initial appointment date, when I’m fact it’s was merely a consult, which was not disclosed to me. Dr Deture is not good he is the best. He is professional and caring. He called me the day before the surgery and the night after. He did an amazing job on my gums and can only say that if you need this surgery this is the best professional and welcoming office.

The staff has terrible listening skills and are complicated. I was asked to repeat 3 times the same information. I was transferred to different people couple of times. I said several times my mom is self-pay and finally this lady asked again if my mom has insurance or was self-pay. Seriously????
