Dr. Haynes has been my dentist for over 25 years. I could not ask for any better. He and his staff are wonderful and have been extremely wonderful to accommodate me due to a recent health issue. Dr. Hanes and his staff are greatly appreciated.
Dr. Hanes was a great dentist but I had to stop going because they stopped taking my insurance, and when I asked the woman answering the phone what other insurance they take she was rude and dismissive. I tried again a year later and she again acted like I was a talking monkey or something. I have tried other dentists but Dr. Hanes is the only one I want to see. I will have to wait until that lady retires I guess.
Been my dentist for years. Awesome dentist, explains things well. All staff is very nice.
They are rude the lady who answers the phone. Why treat people different because of insurance. I knew when you made the appointment you was going call and cancel.
Dr. Hanes does excellent work. He only does work that is truly needed. Him and his staff are very nice and friendly.
He is a gentlemen and does a good job. I've been going to him for about 17 years. Good clean office.
