Went to Dr Cassisi for a year. Had large kidney stone, constant UTIs and blood in urine. He watch stone for a year and told me that older women had to live with UTIs and blood in urine but he would give all the antibiotics I needed. Went to female urologist she got rid of stone that was large and porous, now I am fine. Not a woman’s Dr
Very patient friendly took time to explain things and made both of us feel comfortable! Very important!
Excellent. Saw him for the first time on 11/05/2023. After he introduced himself and asked me a few questions, he discussed my problem with me. He told me I had 2 options which I chose to come back once a year to monitor it for any changes. He took time with me and was very concerned which I appreciate in a doctor. I would recommend him highly.
Great bedside manner. Described the procedure as he went. Overall good experience.

Dr Casssis used to be a great urologist. He was helpful but the past couple of years it’s been Lyndsey that comes in and not the doctor. She hasn’t a clue as to what the problem is and also refers you back to your primary. Doctor Cassisi is not longer available, MIA
Transferred to Dr Cassisi after I had concerns with my previous urologist. Initially I was very happy with the care. He spent time, offered advise and information about dealing with my high PSA numbers and BPH. Then things went downhill. Several appointments I saw only an assistant with zero input or follow up from the doctor. When my condition worsened and I felt time to move to the next stage of treatment I was told we should do further evaluation. Dr Cassisi, does production line medicine and that's fine until you have a problem. I had a bad reaction to one if not more of the medication Dr. Cassisi put me on and I don't blame him for that, until you take the meds there is no way of knowing. The problem is when I started having problems and was in pain his staff said "we really don't this this is our issue".
