I highly recommend doctor Christopher Hamill with UB Orthopedics. They have shown great care and compassion for my issues. I had a very complicated surgery to correct my back issues with great success and I cannot thank Dr. Hamill and his staff enough for giving me back my life.
Dr. Hamill performed major back surgery on my lumbar giving me a curve with cages and pins two years ago this month, i have always been very active even with the discomfort that I had in my back and hips prior to the surgery. Due to osteoarthritis my spine straightened and he performed the surgery giving me the curve in my lumbar area. I was literally cut from my shoulder down to my butt. Dr Hamil has preformed two surgeries on me with about 15 years between them. My recent surgery was in February and he promised me that he would get me to an 85 % improvement. I felt that the week after surgery. At 75 years old people were trying to tell me the recovery period was to long. But I once again put my trust in Dr. Hamil and the results are fantastic!
Nice facility, great doctor and staff. I like them very much. I feel my back is as strong as ever as long as I stay within reason. In 9 months I will be 80 years old and I feel, I can do more than most . I walk and bike every day. I bowl up to 4 times per week. I love to exercise.
