His PA was who I saw never saw him. So my review of him NA. His PA was excellent good diagnosis that my finger after a month from original accident was a ligament sprain and not a broken finger. X-ray confirmed. His decision to send me over next door has helped with hand exercises to help inflammation lessen with sleeve to increase circulation correct It feels much better kudos to him and pt Dept dedicated to hands

Dr. Forthman didn’t show up to the appointment that I scheduled weeks in advance, and then I was told his next availability was in a month. No warning from the office, no offer to reschedule, refused a prior telemedicine request, and I was still billed. What an unprofessional mess of an office at the MedStar Union hand clinic. Kyle, a PA, said I just missed him and should have come earlier in the day. Are you kidding me?
The young lady at the window to greet me was great. She was really polite and had a big ole smile. And of course Dr. Forthman was great. He explained to me what was going on with my hand then fixed me right up. I give Him and his staff a 10 star. And I’ve been there multiple times and all were great. It makes me feel good about going back. Kudos to the Doc and staff!
