I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

I have seen Dr. Verkler from time to time for about 20 years. Fortunately, I am pretty healthy so I have not have a lot of appointments. I always was completely at ease during my appointments here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment.
