Dr. Knox is very personable and caring. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. Results discussions are proactive and the staff has always been courteous and professional. I have been able to schedule appointments easily and within my required time constraints.
I like Dr. Knox, except you can't get into see him unless you are having surgery even if you started with him as a patient. You will be sent to a PA. The office staff is rude and scheduling is inconsistent.
