I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Knox. He is truly an expert in his field, but also stands out by the effort and care he puts into communicating with his patients. He listened to my concerns, thoroughly explained my diagnosis, and provided a treatment plan that was both effective and reassuring, and explained all my other options or potential treatments down the road if needed. Kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, and they answered all my questions with great detail and rational opt... read more
Had a very odd issue start happening, he took a good deep look and found issue. We came up with a plan and it has been working great.
Dr Knox office help is wonderful,Dr. Knox is quick to come up with a remedy to an unususal problem, very pleasant to know. Will listen to your concerns.
Dr Knox and his staff were very Pleasant thorough and explained everything to me very pleased with my visit
Dr. Knox is a very professional, tell it like it is Dr. It wasn't what I wanted to hear but he didn't give false hopes
Great visits except was not told about the possible negative outcomes and risks of surgery. "Any questions?" is not good enough. Turbinate reductions can result in Empty Nose Syndrome. Will be trying to enhance immunity with diet changes which, shamefully, is almost never s... read more
Went in for a septoplasty to repair a deviated septum and now I have a prefrated septum with much worse symptoms. Wish I Never Had the procedure done.
Like a few other patients who left a review here I have to agree with them. I do like Dr. Knox very much. I trust his expertise and he is always very nice and is definitely a very experienced and knowledgeable doctor, if you get to see him. Not happy with the assistant, and don't have any trust in her expertise and knowledge. Twice I have had very bad luck and makes me think about leaving the praxis and go somewhere else.
Dr. Knox seamed knowledgeable and pleasant. I set up appointment with staff to have a procedure done and that's where it feel apart. I needed a morning apt as I take meds and am diabetic, my appointment was pushed back twice and ended up a mid afternoon appointment. I am not able to go that long without meds. I feel like the staff did not care about my needs. Then there was other issues with appts, all staff related. I am going elsewhere now.
