I saw Dr.Janssen in Aug of 2023, for pain in my upper right neck and pain in my right arm, I had a positive Hoffmans reflex which led to a MRI, on that MRI was stated some mild C5 C6 degenerative changes, he did 3 trigger point injections, i didn’t get much relief, so we went over some options 1) do a nerve study but he didn’t think I had nerve damage, 2) burn my nerves, 3) epidural, but then he said why don’t you just go get better migraine medication.
