Dr. Lugo is incredible. My kids LOVE going to his Lake Stevens office & checking out the Legos. His staff is very skilled at working gently, patiently and kindly with kids. As a parent, I love that he takes a "wait and see" approach. My youngest has had many cavities and if it's on a baby tooth and very small, he doesn't rush to pull it but waits 6 months. When he has had to pull a tooth, my child felt no pain and he calmed down my daughter who was 'freaking out' from her 1st experience.
Dr.lugo and his team have reversed literally generations of fear from my family. My goal for my child was to embrace preventive dentistry in as non threatening a way as possible after my family's life long fear of dental work. Unfortunately, from early on, my son's experience with dentistry has been negative and frightening. Until Dr.Lugo. My son had to have a tooth pulled today and the atmosphere was nothing short of festive. I have never been so happy with such potentially negative experience
