This office is well organized. Dr. Summerlin is very patient and thorough when explaining your process. Great dentist!
Dr. Williams is my main Dr. The location in Forest Park is the best!
I went to the 116 Upper Riverdale location and my experience with the receptionist and front area staff was NOT PLEASANT at all. There was insufficient communication between patient/staff. My wait to go in the back was 2hrs long. I inquired about the wait and was told they had an emergency. I understand this happens, but communication is key to ANY BUSINESS and there was none. The staff was mingling amongst themselves, laughing out loud and ignoring the fact that there were frustrated clients
