Terrible practice. They do not offer any patient engagement experiences, no portal, no way to pay your bill online which often leads him to send bills to collections because patients don't want to give their credit card number over the phone, or send in checks (who uses checks anymore?). He needs to update with technology and allow patients to experience what every other doctor in the country offers, an easy and pleasurable patient experience.

I really hate to give a one-star review on this doctor because my issue really isn't with him it is more with his front office staff especially his office manager Misty. This woman is unbelievable and unprofessional. She has no sense of compassion and no sense of urgency. I have called this place at least six time today and not one time have I gotten a phone call back and I have been calling since they opened and here it is 3pm. I am trying to schedule the appointment with Dr Christopher over a month , the receptionist is very Rude and I really felt careless and not even empathy on my case ! I sent fax with my tests she said never got them I resent then she said gotten them but I still have to wait to see if he is getting my case !! Dr Cortes is a thourgh Dr if you can see him! My first appt I waited 2 1:2 hours my second 1 1/2 hours and my last I finally walked out. His staff is the rudest I’ve encountered and I myself work in the medical field for 40 years! If you have nothing else to do but sit in his office all day ti see him I highly recommend him.
