I met Dr. Cortes when he became my doctor to treat a severe infection at Boca Regional. He was the first doctor every morning to make his rounds at my bedside. I found him easy to talk with as he explained what was going on in my case. Each day, he would go over progress I was making and what to expect going forward. While there one morning, he shared with me his office info and helped me transfer it to my phone. He even texted his office asking them to call me for follow up appointment. What more can I ask for? Dr. Cortes is caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I first met him in the hospital, and now that I see him in his office, I genuinely look forward to my visits. He listens carefully, never dismisses my concerns, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. He has taken excellent care of me, and his office staff is incredible as well. I would recommend Dr. Cortes and his entire office 100%.
Dr. Cortes has taken truly unbelievable care of my husband, and we could not be more grateful. He is the most compassionate doctor we have ever encountered—exceptionally knowledgeable, caring, and smart. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make us feel supported through every step of my husband’s care. The entire office is wonderful as well. Lola and Alejandra are incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. We feel so fortunate to have Dr. Cortes and his amazing team caring for our family.
