Unfortunately this review is for the Dr. Cirone's office staff. Particularly the lady that does the scheduling. She is incredibly unhelpful and inefficient. She has this cavalier attitude about requests, as if you have to beg her to get basic services in a timely manner. She is unfriendly and not customer service oriented. I don't understand why people hire these sorts of people to run their office.
He is absolutely the best doctor ever. He has great bedside manner and is very intelligent. If I could give him a 6 I would.
Dr. Cirone was the best pediatrician we could’ve asked for. He was amazing from the moment we met him in the hospital. His staff was efficient and quick, and he was very personable.
