Staff has always treated me with respect and kindness. Staff and Doctor Biggs are very professional, knowledgeable and when dealing with them I have never felt rushed. Unlike many doctors, Doctor Biggs and staff take their time with you and are always willing to take all the time you need to explain your procedures so that you fully understand.
