Staff are great friendly, efficient & professionals Dr Aoki easy to talk with & informative
He has been so helpful through my many issues. Nurses are supportive. One issue with clinic is nobody answers the phone.
This guy is dishonest! I show up for my appointment and check to make sure the procedure is 100% covered. His staff lady who in processes me, takes mg insurance card, and checks everything and tells me, "it's 100% covered." What a relief. Then I get a$1,400 bill. I call repeatedly to fix the problem only to be told, "Sorry, I'll have a manager call you. We have been understaffed lately." I do this same routeen for three more months earnestly trying to resolve the issue. They send me to collections and take no accountability ... read more
I love this Doctor. When I had my Cancer years ago he was a part of my pallative care team. I didn't know where he disapeered too but I am also with the Queens liver center and found out he started working there I think last year or so. Once Dr. Tice left the center and then he just died, God Bless Him. He was the best liver doctor ever. Well I got stuck with this women liver doctor that took his place and she is horrible and has no compassion for her patients.
