My partner and I went to Dr. Franklin for couples therapy. Among the many things that we covered, we began with Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy, we covered how to use a conflict map to understand where we are in a conflict and the steps towards reconnection, and additionally, we covered recognizing whether either person’s Threat Management System is activated and how to properly address it when it is activated. I went to his talk about couples and it was really helpful.He explained why couples keep having the same fight. You have to be able to see it differently.

Dr Christo Franklin is one of the most gifted therapists I have ever worked with. He cares deeply about his clients and brings deep expertise and enormous compassion to everyone he works with. I recommend him with 100% enthusiasm and great confidence. If I myself were looking for a therapist I would choose Dr Franklin without reservation. He is a sweet, warm and supportive person.
