Good care from Dr Lee and easy process to pick glasses
Check in, exam and consultation were A+++ I'm disappointed that I couldn't get a simple PD measurement. The prices in-store are exorbitant! I order online and save more than 50%. And for that I get denied a simple 2 minute measurement? Ridiculous! But I love the doctor!
Dr. Buraks asked me if I wanted my eyes dilated and I said no. She said, I declined last time (which was 2 years ago) so I really should let her look at the back of my eyes. This seemed like a fair request, so I conceded. Went back to the waiting room to pick out my frames while my husband had his eyes examined. In the meantime, my eyes are dilating which is making it nearly impossible to pick out my frames in a bright, sun filled room. Also, I'm getting a slight frontal headache. I was pleased by the visit, but really irritated by the number of reminders I received prior to the visit. Really irritated! Emails, texts and phone calls - way over the top and unnecessary.
