A dental office with true compassion and empathy; I love them! I came to this office with an emergency situation and have been coming ever since. Due to my life's unfortunate situations and the lack of dental coverage for many years, I have extensive work that needs to be done and even though I don't have enough coverage to fix 'everything' that is wrong at this time, through careful planning they are maximizing what I can get accomplished with my limited coverage. Dr. Hopkins and her staff are very professional. Their esprit d'corp in the office is infectious and makes the experience of being there very pleasant. Dr. Hopkins attention to detail is extremely important to me; as well as, communicating what she is doing; that is,her game plan for you to attain the goals you want to achieve while under her care. I've always had wonderful experiences with Dr. Hopkins. She is customer-oriented and very accommodating with her schedule. Great staff and modern office too. You feel they truly want to make you happy with your smile. Highly recommended.

I have been with Dr Hopkins since 2007. My son and his family became patients after I recommended her. We have always been treated with respect and have rarely waited past our appointment time. There is always the chance of the unexpected delay in any medical procedure. She did have a new front desk person last year that was rough around the edges. She seemed very demanding and didn't seem to fit in with Dr H and her assistant. But, someone has to take care of the business end and I guess she is the one. I have never heard h... read more

Beware of Dr. Christine Hopkins! She only thinks of money. She advertises that she honors insurance companies, but will tell you to your face that she "can't make any money" working for insurance rates. She then sets her own rates, pressuring a person to sign while totally ignoring the insurance company. She refuses even to submit a predetermination to an insurance company unless contacted by the insurance company. She will have you believe that her work is superior and "advanced." Not true! I felt as though Dr. Hopkins and her entire staff worked above and beyond as compared with all the other dentists that I have encountered in my 63 years of going to a dentist. Dr. Hopkins worked tirelessly to make sure that all my procedures were as close to perfect as possible. Everyone that I came in to contact with in Dr. Hopkin's office made the patient feel important and everyone was profeessional, congenial and concerned. I recommend Dr. Hopkins without a doubt. Avoid at all costs, she only wants money and it not a perfectionist. She will rush your procedure just to get the next clients in faster. She will mess up on your procedure and then lie to your face about it. Do not go to this dentist! Trust me it is not worth it.
