Dr Dong and all the staff are great!! I still miss her partner and my previous Dr. Noel Lim but Dr Dong is just as great. I highly recommend her to anyone!
I had a fall with horrible pain and weakness in my back. I was given an appointment the next day after I called HOWEVER I can't get her nurse to call my Xray results. I was told by Dr. Dong I would probably need MRI so that'll be another wait. I hope I don't injure it any further before I can get a response. I think Dr. Dong needs to rethink her nurse staff if they can't / won't communicate with the patient.
Dr. Dong is a fantastic doctor. This review is aimed at her nurse staff. My wife has been suffering longer than she needs to be due to nobody giving her call backs. She has left an ample amount of messages and NOBODY calls back. They should all be ashamed. If the doc knows this, she would make changes. So if your looking for a great neuro, this is her. The front desk nurse staff is absolutely horrible.
Dr. Dong did a good job for me. But I had a nightmare experience with her scheduling person. I was to to be scheduled for an MRI -- the second set-- and waited 11 days to hear for the imaging service. My daughter called the imaging service and they had not received any orders to schedule me. We called the office and were curtly told to wait to hear from the imaging service -- no offer to check for us to determine why it would take almost 2 weeks-- finally they send the order.
