Dr Dong was chosen for a 2nd opinion for issues resulting from a stroke. What a relief and a breath of fresh air compared to the first neurologist we were referred to! She was thorough, asked lots of questions, administered tests, and appeared genuinely concerned. I had a same day EEG, an upcoming MRI is scheduled and I have a follow up appointment in 4 weeks to review the results. I finally have some hope for answers! She is an answer to our prayers!

I saw Dr. Dong 8 months after a ER and overnight stay. My PCP thought I was having a stroke as I was disoriented and my pupils were dilated and I was out of it. Strokes run in my family. I had an appt on 6/23. I called the next day completely a wreck having symptoms that reminded me of when I first went to the hospital. I called and was told I’d get a call back. No call back. Dr Dong is a great Dr. She has been a tremendous help for a very complex issue for me and excruciating pain, Cluster Headache. Dr Dong has kept me pain free for a long time now! I highly recommend her.
I was treated with absolutely no consideration, patience, respect, or kindness by the office manager at Dr. Dongs office. While dealing with an active concussion after a car accident I was denied care at Dr Dongs office although I was referred by ER Drs to her for a follow up. I now understand that Dr Dongs office refuses to see car accident patients (and reasons as to why). Dr. Dong is pushy and likes to stick her nose into areas it doesn't belong. I told her I was not going to see her anymore, due to the issue I originally went to her for being resolved, and she afterwards decided not to sign a form to ok getting off my blood thinner for a few days so I can get a test that will help my Orthopedic surgeon fix my back. I am in alot of pain, and Dr. Dong's refusal to sign cost me another week of waiting in pain. Very unethical and vindictive.
Dr Dong is incapable of the pursuit of answers, researching or exhibiting the desire to follow up with case work of my medical treatment. Countless visits, inability of her office workers to return calls or relay messages. I would not recommend anyone to this office. There is a reason she is accepting new patients...
