Dr. Pagel is great at listening to questions and concerns and does a great job of providing information and thorough answers. She is very personable and knowledgeable in her field and helps to make my 1 year old feel comfortable during check-ups. The nursing staff is always very kind, happy and quick with shots.
Dr. Pagel refuses to refer my son to an Allergy/Immunology specialist after he lost 10lbs in a month, and has had an upper respiratory infection for 4 months. In addition, my son has an arachnoid cyst on his frontal lobe of his head, and she refuses to give us a referral to a neurologist to re-check and make sure it is not growing.
