I've had a lifelong aversion to the dentist due to traumatic orthodontic experiences as a kid—too much treatment for a little kid to endure. From the very first appointment, Dr. Mills listened without judgment and took my sensitivity seriously. She never pushes unnecessary procedures. I have had nothing but the utmost care taken of me while under the purview of Dr. Brian Laurence. He, the accompanying hygienists, and all other staff (e.g., Kwame at the front desk) have been great. I appreciate the extra effort Dr. Laurence consistently puts in to ensure that all procedural work is explained--accessibly--in ways I understand. Beyond that, he always checks in after I leave to ensure post-care healing is going as expected. I truly feel more comfortable at the dentist after my experiences here.

When I arrived, Kwame greeted me by name. I asked how he knew who I was, he said he had ever seen me before. I figured they must have regular patients. A few minutes later, a regular patient came in and you could tell the patient has had such pleasant experiences there. The art on the walls is so beautiful, there's even art in the patient rooms. When I met my dental hygienist, the cleaner was very efficient. I floss daily so there wasn't much for her to clean up. We had a pleasant conversation while she was cleaning my teeth... read more
