I've been seeing Christina for over 2 years now, and our sessions have changed my life. I'm now able to do things that I never thought I'd be capable of, and my anxiety has lowered tremendously, and my overall quality of life is at a level that wouldn't be there without Christina. I know I did all of the work, but she's the one who helped guide the way.
Dr. Aranda was amazing!! I had some personal issues. When I first started therapy I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and nervous. I didn’t know how to move forward. Dr. Aranda was amazing, she made me feel at ease, my self-esteem improved drastically. I was able to become a public speaker which I had dreaded in the past, now I’m teaching my favorite investing strategies to large groups of people. Her professional strategies and background allowed me to become normal again. I would highly recommend Dr Aranda to anyone.
