Dr. Christina A. Bruno was extremely rude and dismissive. She didn’t listen, didn’t seem interested in helping, and made me feel like I didn’t matter. I left feeling worse than when I came in. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone looking for real care or respect.

I just had a visit with Dr. Bruno and it was above and beyond. I noticed the one star review below and I was puzzled. It was literally a direct opposite of my experience. I have diabetes and eye exams are really important in managing my vision and health of my eyes. She does have a nurse practitioner that will handle the preliminary testing steps which have been the practice in any ophthalmologists' practice I have visited in the past. I have been seeing Dr. Bruno for about 5 years. I have found her to be incredibly professional and kind. She is smart, very knowledgeable and thorough. I’m thrilled to have found her.

Dr. Bruno used to have great bedside manners, very friendly and professional. I don’t know what happened that changed her 360 degree but on my last visit she was dismissive and couldn’t wait to get rid of me and recently she chased away my mother whom she told that she needs surgery because her cataract is dense. She showed her that she had no confidence in her abilities. I really don’t understand why she did that but as a result of her actions, I left her practice along with my mother and father whom I recommended her to.
