Got the worst reception area that I have ever seen at a doctor's office nasty rude and very unhelpful canceled my appointment and walked out
Dr. Robertozzi was extremely rude and condescending. I wish I had read other reviews before scheduling. When I asked a simple question about why he didn’t recommend another common treatment, he snapped, “because I don’t,” as if I didn’t deserve an explanation. Throughout the appointment, his tone was combative and dismissive. When I asked for clarification about the medication, he sighed and acted irritated that he had to repeat himself.
