What the Dr. Just said on the news is completely wrong. The THC in 70s was in the 12 to 17%. In the 80s and early 90s it started to reach the mid 20s. Then I the 20th century we've hit 30%. But what you have to understand is a strain at 17% can be more powerful than 30% strain. It's the complete profile of the strain that affects you. Also in Colorado they have a 15% leeway.
