Dr. O'Grady and his entire team were phenomenal! Dr. O'Grady and his PA spent a great deal of time with me at each appointment discussing my injury and explaining my options. When it came to having surgery, they took the time to explain everything and make sure all of my questions were answered. During my follow-up appointments after surgery, Dr. O'Grady took the time to thoroughly assess my progress and make sure I was doing well. I highly recommend Dr. O'Grady!
The doctor was highly recommended to me and the surgery went well. But I had never been so uneasy and scared before surgery in all my life This was my eighth surgery. I received a hurried first consult with the assurance that the next consult with the PA would have more time to answer questions and explain details. he does excellent surgery. however his office staff does not reliably answer emails, send the medical records as requested, call back from messages. The Andrews Institute is a nice facility. The surgical center was clean and all proceeded smoothly there. Make sure you sign and hand in separate authorizations for radiology, surgical center and Dr. Grady's office to obtain your medical records, EKG, billing summary and office notes before you leave Pensacola. Otherwise you will spend weeks
Dr. O'Grady performed a rotator cuff repair for me in the fall of 2015. The surgical team was skilled and compassionate. Office personnel were friendly and efficient. Don't expect a lot of chit chat during appointments, but expect that any questions and/or concerns will be addressed thoroughly. This business-like atmosphere during office visits is probably why I never had to wait to seen. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Chris O'Grady.
