No website. Email ends in @optusnet. Received five calls in eight days hounding me to make an appointment 3+ months away. I don’t care how annoyed you are, if you’re going to leave me a voicemail at least pretend to be pleasant. Awful customer service. I would give less stars but haven’t used their service and now don’t intend to.
I have not yet seen Dr O'Callaghan, so cannot comment on his clinical expertise. However, the administrative assistant who facilitated my appointment sent a confirmation email that mistakenly listed my appointment as "pm" rather than "am", resulting in my non-attendance. Despite acknowledging their error, they were unable to offer me a replacement appointment for several months. This delay came after I had to wait over 12 months for the initial appointment, which further postponed my potential diagnosis and management.
I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Chris. From the very beginning approx 3 years ago he made me feel genuinely heard and understood something I hadn’t experienced with the countless drs I had previously been to. After being referred to him by my long time pain specialist who was sadly retiring I was hesitant to start over and open myself up again. But Chris exceeded every expectation.
