Good morning. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Hildebrand and Dr. Ali as colleagues and now as a patient it is really nice to be able to comment on both sides. They are professional And efficient. They actually provide customer service, which is rare in this country. There is a reason why this practice is so busy -highly recommended.

Rude and condescending staff including Dr. Hildebrand which has limited expertise when it comes to diagnosis. I went in for a consultation with a persistent abscess. Dr. Hildebrand recommended after the consultation a perioflow treatment: his diagnosis was inflammation due to food penetration between gum and implant. As I attended another periodontist consultation in Nanaimo it turns out it was occurring from the tooth next to it due to a bad root canal which caused a cyst overtime. My first Periodontist visit was with Dr. Tarek Ali at the Oak Bay Village Dental Clinic. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. He was knowledgeable, kind and offered many solutions. The entire team was welcoming. I would highly recommend this clinic and this doctor.
