I had been a patient with Dr. Cerceo. He is a wonderful Dentist. His office and I had a VERBAL agreement for my final payment. They submitted payment 10 days early, and the person that I had the agreement with REFUSED to help me, and is NASTY, ALICE. The front office is a mess, gone through so many turnovers, they don't know which end is up. I have been kindly doing my part and paying when I could.
