I have no complaints with this office. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Satchwell was professional yet approachable and friendly. I needed 3 crowns and the work performed has thus far been excellent. Time will tell as to the quality of the work but I trust the work so far. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist.
It was horrible experience. I will be looking for another dental office that has a qualified hygienist. The hygienist spent more time complaining about the DDS and his office help then cleaning my teeth....which, by the way, took about 5 minutes. I called back after leaving the office because I still had something stuck to my tooth. I was told to make another appointment. I WAS a new customer.
Not a bad dentist as in he does good work so as long as he doesn’t talk to you and/or you don’t quit him. His small talk is inappropriate much of the time and if you quit him over it he sends you to a clearinghouse and they charge you for everything he told you not to worry about. Keep ALL your receipts if you use him and get everything in writing.

Came in, was greeted. Nurse was friendly. Dental care was done quickly.
Been coming to TVD for a few years. I am not a fan of dentist, but I have no complaints so far. I put full trust in the staff and Docs to take care of my teeth.
Dr. Satchwell was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a trustworthy doctor without a lot of fuss.
