About a week ago, I made an appointment with Dr. Chong Lui at his office. Today, when I went in, I was taken to a room, and a woman came in and started asking me about my issues. I explained my concerns, but after a while, I realized I wasn’t sure who she was. I asked, “Are you a doctor?” and she said, “No, I’m a nurse practitioner.” She never introduced herself when she came in.
