極度不推薦這家診所的行政服務。前台接待人員態度非常惡劣、不客氣，說話語氣充滿不耐煩，完全沒有身為醫療機構基層人員該有的基本禮貌與同理心。來看病本來就需要好心情，卻平白無故被前台的差勁態度影響。這是一家完全讓人感受不到尊重、管理有極大漏洞的診所，絕對不會再光顧。 I highly discourage anyone from coming to this clinic based on their administrative service. Dr. Chen is an excellent provider. She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain why certain tests or treatments are needed. I appreciate that she helps me understand my healthcare instead of simply telling me what to do. She is also patient, caring, and attentive. I never feel rushed during my visits, and she always listens carefully to my concerns. I am very grateful to have Dr. Chen as my provider and highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care.

I've been seeing Dr. Liu, like forever. She and her staff very professional, personable, friendly amd kept our entire family healthy. Her care and concerns very very professional. Thank you, Dr. Liu.

This place has very clear pros and cons, so think about what kind of care you need before coming. Pros: Same-day appointments are usually available, and they are open on Saturdays. They have doctors, PAs, and NPs, so whoever is available may see you. This can also be a con if you only want to see Dr. Liu. They also have on-site X-ray, EKG, and other basic tests, so you do not need to make separate appointments elsewhere. The providers speak Chinese, and the front desk speaks Spanish.
