I have been receiving treatment there for three years. This year, I changed my insurance, but they refused to accept it. However, the insurance I bought clearly allowed for online medical consultations, and their clinic name was included. What's even more infuriating is that the receptionist on the phone had no common sense at all and was completely illogical. I asked if I could have an online consultation, and she said no. I’ve gone to multiple doctors about my issues and Dr Liu helped me in 1 appointment. I get that people feel like she’s “rushing” but to me it just seemed like she actually knew what she was talking about to the point that she didn’t need to take up too much time. The clinic has been in contact with me constantly since my first appointment, checking if I got in contact with specialists, sharing test results. I’m honestly so relieved I found them and finally have hope that my problems will be fixed.
Dr Liu and NP Amy are very experienced and knowledgeable , I know I can always trust them .Highly recommend!
Love Dr. Liu and her nurse, Jay. However, the girl at the front desk with the faded red hair is extremely rude. Rude enough to make me not want to return. Definitely needs to rethink her career choice if she doesn’t like working with the public. Excellent service from the Dr, Ultrasound tech and Jay. I would allow Jay to draw my blood anytime! Very professional. Sucks the receptionist put a bad taste in my mouth after such an awesome visit. Do better.
No comments about the doctor but the front desk staff is straight horrible, incompetent and need to be fired. Went over there for bloodwork check. Got a call few days later told me the they have messed up the blood sample and I need to go over there and redraw. Request for a refund so I can go else where and was denied. So I basically have to spend my own time for your own mistake.
