I went there to checked my stomach pain, the doctor only take less than 2 mins without any check or ask do I have any questions or concerns just wrote a prescription then send me the referral to specialist.
I have been receiving treatment there for three years. This year, I changed my insurance, but they refused to accept it. However, the insurance I bought clearly allowed for online medical consultations, and their clinic name was included. What's even more infuriating is that the receptionist on the phone had no common sense at all and was completely illogical. I asked if I could have an online consultation, and she said no. I’ve gone to multiple doctors about my issues and Dr Liu helped me in 1 appointment. I get that people feel like she’s “rushing” but to me it just seemed like she actually knew what she was talking about to the point that she didn’t need to take up too much time. The clinic has been in contact with me constantly since my first appointment, checking if I got in contact with specialists, sharing test results. I’m honestly so relieved I found them and finally have hope that my problems will be fixed.
Dr Liu and NP Amy are very experienced and knowledgeable , I know I can always trust them .Highly recommend!
