One of my most regrettable choices - believing Dr. Gibson when she told me I was an ideal candidate for Invisalign and then allowing her to treat me. I do not recommend this Dr. at all. Dr. Gibson sold me an Invisalign treatment package and while receiving "treatment" from this Doctor, I repeatedly told her many, many times that I was in severe pain and that I never had pain before starting up with Invisalign. This Doctor sold an Invisalign package to me and told me that I was an ideal candidate for the product. Shortly after starting this service I fell into a situation of severe ear pain and informed the Doctor. She, however, told me that there was no way that Invisalign could cause pain... and so I went to my general practitioner, an Ears/Nose/Throat Dr., a rheumatologist, and other specialists to find out what was causing my severe pain. I have visited this office for over 5 years. His is by far my best experience with a dentist and makes it so I don’t avoid going if I need to like I would in the past. This office feels very much like family.
I went to Dr. Gibson with my future husband to fix his teeth before our wedding. We both had such a wonderful experience here that I never went back to my dentist that I'd gone to for the past ten years!!!! I also switched my two children's dentist as well. We love seeing Dr. Gibson and Nicole! Nicole treats my family like royality!!! She even gives me a pillow and a parifin hand treatment while I have my cleaning!!!!
She is a stunning pesonality and ultimate professional. The fees were fair and her chair side manner most relaxing. I still can't believe the change she made in my smile...I'm a whole new person who looks 15 years younger. The staff was not as professional, and at times, seemed too young and inexperienced.
