Dr. Chung performed Rou-Y for me in 2004 and my husband 2006..the best care and bedside manners. I highly trust Dr. Chung.
Dr. Chung, Is an amazing Doctor. I did the gastric bypass surgery back in 2010. I FOLLOWED his instructions and my recovery was great. I had no complications at all. However, when visiting the office the staff was super friendly, he listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed.
I saw him for gastric sleeve. I have a very complicated health history. He seemed scared of me. I do understand. He wanted to meet with my family before surgery to let them know how serious surgery would be for me. He wouldn't give me my chance of survival rate. So, I left his office very scared. I do understand his reluctance. If I was healthy, I think he would be a great dr. His nurse is VERY sweet and caring. 1 poor thing is I waited for a couple of hours to see him. He did listen and cared
I cannot speak highly enough about Dr.Chung. My experience was not bariatric but emergency life saving surgery. His experience and expertise enabled him to operate via laparoscopy instead of traditional open methods. My recovery was so much easier. His confidence is comforting, his demeanor is engaging and disarming. I found him to be straightforward, compassionate and kind. I thank God every day he was on duty when I arrived at the ER.
