I was referred to Dr. Cheryl G. Franklin, MD by my OBGYN to complete a LEED outpatient procedure at Grady hospital Thursday Aug 25th, 2022. My experience was traumatic; I will NOT be returning for the follow up appointment. It was Dr. Franklin and her underling who carried out the procedure. For the most part Dr. Franklin supervised the underling and ensured the procedure was completed successfully. Dr. Franklin is the best!! I have received the best gynecological care from her for over 20 years. I thank God for using her to save my life when I had a form of ovarian cancer. Now, where she is located and has been located in addition to the staff she has to work with is why I haven't given a perfect score. Usually slow and professionalism and willingness to take care of business and patients is not always present.
In 6 years (since the last post/review) and a MOVE, it hasn't changed!!! Madness!
