The doctor is great, but the front desk staff, manager, and billing representative are incredibly rude. They show no regard for patients or their relationship with the doctor—only focusing on money and enforcing their policies. I was even threatened with the cancellation of future appointments for not strictly adhering to their rules. The manager was unapologetic about their mistakes and came across as intimidating.
