I have been seeing Dr Short for over 20 years. She has seen me through more things than I care to think about. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and will answer questions until I don’t have any more. I have since moved an hour away and I continue to travel to appointments with her.
I have been seeing Dr Short for about 6 years and just adore her, she answers any questions that I have and is very caring. As to the person that said she would drop me as a patient when i went on Medicare, not true. Totally recommend her.
Not very happy with this office currently. Sent my daughter for birth control and has to be approved by my insurance before they can do procedure. Well it’s been 2 weeks now and no one is returning my phone calls. From the office. I got one return call saying they will find out more info and then nothing again. Now have to find another OB and hope my insurance will cover a second visit for same thing. This visit was a waste of insurance money!!!
Tried to make an appointment for 7 days. They kept saying someone would call me back. Went there in person and took my referral. Then they called the next day and said they don't have the referral (neither the faxed one or the hand delivered one). Then they found it just to have Dr. Short deny the referral. Good doctor. Saw for 30 years. She will drop you when you go on Medicare. Be ready.
She is wonderful and very calming and knowledgeable about everything. She takes great care of her patients and treats like family. I will always go to her.
Wonderful. Dr. Short has a wonderful personality and is very thorough. She truly cares for her patients.
Dr. Short is great once you get in to see her. Her staff is terrible and borderline incompetent. Be careful! They do not follow up, nor return calls. Go elsewhere.
Very rude and unprofessional receptionists. Incompetent and argumentative. Very difficult to get through to office. One time I was chastised by the woman who answered the phone for not not leaving a voicemail. I said I wanted to talk to a real person. She was a complete jerk. If I didn't like Dr. Short so much, I would totally switch to a different office.
