Intelligent, very well-mannered and knowledgeable. She opted not to do surgery on my gall bladder though I was recommend by an ER doc, however, I was not really experiencing any problematic symptoms which would require treatment. She also listened to a more pressing, non-surgical, medical problem and referred me to a specialist for care. I highly recommend Dr. Rice to anyone who may require general surgery.
