I wouldn’t recommend Chau. My experience was deeply disappointing—when I tried to discuss my condition and ask questions, he consistently dismissed my concerns. He seemed convinced he knew more about my situation than I did, which came across as arrogant and condescending. For a $480 initial consult, I expected professionalism and empathy, not a one-sided conversation. Don't waste your money.
Dr Chau Tran is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Very happy with his clinic and my results.
Always trying to improve my care
Dr Chau Tran is a very thorough, caring and competent specialist. Clear communication and ability to explain any questions and runs to appointment time, yet does not rush you. I am very impressed by his standards all round. Receptionist was lovely, my GP had his correspondence within 10minutes. I would and have highly recommended him. Well done Doctor, very few like you around!
