The initial zoom meeting had me thinking the doctor was a bit gruff on bedside manner, but the procedure went great and I loved all the nurses and anesthesiologist that morning.
Dr. Herdman, made me feel very comfortable in my first visit. We agreed that my symptoms did not necessarily require a colonoscopy, but since it had been 3 years from my last one and polyps were found it was prudent to take a look since he was not the doctor that had done my previous one. Colonoscopy went smoothly and I felt well taken care of. I feel very comfortable having him as my GI doc and highly recommend him to anyone looking for one.
I would highly recommend Dr. Herdman for a colonoscopy. I had absolutely no awareness that anything had been done, whereas in other offices I had postoperative complications.
Dr. Herdman has always been friendly, helpful & very professional. He answers all questions & makes one feel very comfortable.
The office experience was awesome. Can’t say enough about the staff that took excellent care of me. The steps that were taken due to COVID helped. Dr Herdman spoke to my wife about the results. Thanks to everyone.

Dr. Herdman is very professional ,answers questions that I asked. It is very easy to reach him or his M.A. and get help with problems with the pharmacy or questions.
Dr Chase is the most professional, knowledgeable, at the same time have the greatest bed side manner you sometimes do not always find. In my opinion , Dr Heardman is the very best of his profession . I’Ive visited Dr Heardman many times with what seems like a lifetime of issue. I pray this man is in practice for many many years to come . It is not often that we are lucky enough to have a physician of his caliber.
