Dr. Herdman listened to my digestive troubles patiently and then made the diagnosis and my options to find relief. He seemed to know what my problem was just from my description. The med he prescribed seems to be working and I have finally found relief. Daphne is super. She’s patient, concerned for your problems, caring, and is willing to do whatever she can to help you feel better. I highly recommend Dr. Herdman and his staff.

It’s really rare to find an outstanding Doctor and staff, but Dr. Herdman has assembled a great team to complement his skills. Dr. Herdman is caring, thorough and takes the time to listen. The staff, both at the office and the colonoscopy center are incredible.
Dr. Herdman is very knowledgeable in his field. He listens to your issues and concerns, which is very important to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor.
From the appointment booming to the actual day this team over communicated, smiled, made me feel at ease and were total professionals. Let’s be honest it’s a little scary the prep was easy, very detailed instructions. I’m good for another 7 years and pathology results were rapid and good. Don't put off what you are scare if it’s a positive happy experience .
Everything went absolutely perfect from entry into the waiting room until exit after surgery. Dr. Herdman and his staff make this rather unpleasant procedure as close to pleasant as is possible. The entire team from receptionist to nurse to anesthesiologist to the surgical assistance and Dr. Herdman all go about their business in a very capable and efficient manner, but they are pleasant and inform you of each step. If you must have a colonoscopy this is a good choice
Dr. Herdman is AMAZING!! He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, listens to your concerns, has a plan of action and follows through. I have and will continue to refer family and friends too him for their needs.
