Dr. S has taken care of me for the past 6 years, starting with chronic knee issues and now other parts of my aging body. He is amazing. I would never see anyone else. He is patient and caring and actually takes the time to talk to you. I am so happy to have him as my doctor. He doesn't jump into surgery and explains all of the options very thoroughly. He even called me at home to go over test results.
Tore my ACL, MCL and lateral meniscus skiing. He fixed me with a new ACL and meniscus repair arthroscopic surgery. I just went skiing again this year. No problems. Back to golf, tennis and skiing. Truly a great man. Compassionate. Explains everything. Very happy with my knee. Very happy with Dr. Stucken. Uses newest techniques. Very patient in office, takes time to go over everything.
Dr. Stucken is a rude doctor who, in my opinion seems to be "stuck" on himself. After draining the fluid from my knee/cortisone shot at 9:AM, I was in more pain than I was prior to the procedure by noon. He suggested I have an MRI before coming back to see him 1 week later. I read MRI report and found there was still fluid on my knee. When I informed him of this he suggested very rudely for me to go back to my doctor in NY it's only 3 hours away and he never wanted to see me in his office again.
He did a great job on my shoulder. No pain after rotator cuff surgery. Back playing golf in 4 months. He is a magician. It was the best surgery experience I have ever had. He is the go-to Shoulder Doc in Palm Beach for a reason.
Dr. Stucken was the most kind, caring, and competent doctor I have ever been to, and that means a lot. I injured my shoulder last year, and after getting worse with 2 other physicians who only wanted to give me "stem cells," Dr. Stucken spent 30 minutes in the office with me going through all of my MRIs and xrays, and he actually examined me. I am so happy with his ongoing care that I cannot imagine ever going to see anyone else. He is the best knee/shoulder specialist around!
Worked with a lot of physicians over the years and not only is Dr. Stucken a great physician, he is a great individual. Highly recommend for any ortho-needs.
Cocky, cold, uncaring, lacks respect for others. Choose another Doctor! Shows little empathy or understanding towards patients. Talks over you and does not listen. A sad addition to an otherwise great group of Doctors.
