I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Yates but be prepared to be here awhile sent from the exam room
I was and still am a challenging patient and Dr. Yates has guided me thru a very difficult 4 years. One surgery thus far and I am as close to normal as I would ever hope to be given my unfortunate disease. Thank you for making my life liveable again.
Terrible office staff and follow-up. My primary made an emergency appointment with Dr. Yates for me. I arrived and his staff didn’t put the appointment on the calendar so it took 20 minutes for them to realize and they almost sent me home before the doctor agreed to stay. Then, I waited an hour past my appointment. Then he orders an emergency test that he told his nurse in front of me to schedule the following day and I get the run around and have to make 5 phone calls because she can’t return a call and two weeks later, I’m... read more
Dr Yates and staff are kind and carrying, I was si scared before my surgery but they all made me feel comfortable thank u dr Yates and I can now hear I am blessed, God bless u all
Dr. Yates is awesome. He gained our trust from the first time we met him. Highly recommend him & we will return to him if any future needs may arise.
